Introduced in 2021, NEXUS is Pachim Darrang Academy's dedicated career guidance and mentorship initiative designed to help students make informed academic and career decisions. Through career counselling sessions, students gain awareness about diverse career opportunities in Engineering, Medicine, Civil Services, Research, Teaching, Defence Services, Law, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, and other emerging fields.
The programme also provides guidance regarding major entrance examinations such as NEET, JEE, CEE, CUET, NDA, SSC, UPSC, and other competitive examinations, helping students understand eligibility criteria, preparation strategies, and future career prospects.
Starting the Higher Secondary journey can be challenging for many students. To help students make a smooth transition from Class X to Class XI, Pachim Darrang Academy introduced Momentum 11, a specially designed free bridge course that strengthens fundamental concepts and familiarizes students with the academic demands of Higher Secondary education.
Conducted before the commencement of regular classes, the programme provides students with an early exposure to key concepts, learning methodologies, and subject requirements in both Science and Arts streams. Momentum 11 helps students build confidence, develop academic readiness, and begin their Higher Secondary journey with a strong foundation.
